The Role

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Advisor to join a prestigious luxury fashion house in Athens on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand renowned for its craftsmanship, heritage, and understated elegance, delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the summer season.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a personalised and elevated client experience, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships
- Drive sales performance by confidently presenting collections and storytelling around craftsmanship and materials
- Develop and maintain a strong client book, with a focus on repeat business and client loyalty
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards on the shop floor
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation at all times
- Handle transactions, stock, and after-sales service with precision and care
About You
- Previous experience in luxury retail or premium fashion
- Strong clienteling skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to driving sales
- Polished, professional, and detail-oriented

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
