    • KPI’s, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly.

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of Assistant Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager/ General manager / Associate Store Director experience with an Luxury brand.
    • Demonstrated experience of managing a high volume turnover location within fashion/leather goods/accessories, with a large team as well as managing a high level of client experience.
    • Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals, CRM and payroll administration.

     

    Offering:

    • Salary $60,000 – $70,000 per annum depending on experience.
