RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and drive sales performance across three boutique locations
- Elevate in-store client experience through strong clienteling and service standards
- Lead and develop teams to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to enhance brand presence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager within luxury retail
- Strong commercial awareness with a hands-on, sales-driven mindset
- Proven ability to build client relationships and drive repeat business
- Confident, polished, and able to act as a true brand ambassador
