About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned luxury fashion house within Harrods.
We are looking for a polished, commercially driven Sales Associate with a genuine passion for luxury retail and exceptional client service. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a prestigious fashion brand, build long-term relationships with a discerning clientele, and thrive within one of the world’s most iconic luxury retail destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from first interaction through to after-sales service.
- Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop expert product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand’s craftsmanship and collections.
- Maximise sales through cross-selling and styling recommendations.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and day-to-day boutique operations.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
About You
- Previous experience within luxury fashion retail is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with VIP and international clientele.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering world-class service.
- Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods.
- Additional languages are highly desirable.
