The Opportunity
Luxury beauty and fragrance brand, celebrated for its rich heritage, exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to creating memorable client experiences. As a true brand ambassador, you will bring the brand’s heritage and values to life, creating personalised experiences while guiding clients through the world of luxury beauty and fragrance. Your expertise, storytelling skills and commercial mindset will contribute to both client loyalty and the boutique’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, ensuring every visit reflects the highest standards of luxury service.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
- Build long-lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and effective use of CRM tools.
- Share the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship and product expertise with confidence, offering tailored beauty and fragrance recommendations.
- Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling and a consultative approach to client needs.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, premium beauty, fragrance or cosmetics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and commercial KPIs.
- Strong communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Experience with CRM and clienteling, building long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are highly valued.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
