About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Client Advisor to join our menswear team within a prestigious luxury department store. Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding, personalised service to a discerning clientele, building strong relationships and anticipating individual client needs.

Guide clients through the menswear collections, offering expert advice on style, fit, and product selection.

Maintain high standards of presentation, visual merchandising, and store upkeep to reflect the brand’s refined aesthetic.

Collaborate closely with the wider retail team to achieve sales targets while ensuring a seamless, luxurious shopping experience.

Stay informed about seasonal collections, brand heritage, and market trends to offer insightful recommendations.
About You:

Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in menswear, fashion, or high-end department stores.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
