CLIENT ADVISOR | PART-TIME 20h
GLOBUS – ZÜRICH, SWITZERLAND
Salary: Up to €32K + Bonus
OFFERING:
- Basic Salary up to €32K for 20h per week
- Company benefits + Great commission scheme
- Days required: Thursday and Friday afternoons, and Saturdays full day

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on CRM, client book management, and after-sales processes
- Drive personal KPIs and actively maximise sales opportunities
- Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating deep product knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a constructive attitude
- Consistently maintain company standards: support Visual Merchandising, stockroom operations, and cash desk activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion
- Ability to identify business trends, with a hands-on and proactive approach
- Strong experience in building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills; energetic, reliable, and autonomous personality
- English fluent
