We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a leading global luxury house at its new flagship store opening soon on old Bond Street in london. Reporting directly to the Client Relationship Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping VIP client engagement and driving exceptional service standards across the Maison.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of Client Relationship Specialists, ensuring excellence in client service and loyalty
• Support and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen VIP engagement and retention
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with top-tier clients, including UHNW and VIP clientele
• Leverage CRM insights to drive commercial performance and coordinate high-value appointments
• Develop and deliver innovative client experiences, events, and engagement opportunities
• Uphold the Maison’s brand values with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

• Proven experience managing client development teams in luxury retail or high-end services
• Exceptional clienteling skills with a high-touch, personalised approach
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with experience using CRM and reporting tools
