An exceptional opportunity for an experienced luxury retail leader to take ownership of a high-profile concession within a globally respected fashion house, based in a premier department store setting in Houston.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, inspire, and elevate a high-performing concession team
• Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and client devotion
• Drive KPIs, CRM engagement, and long-term client relationships
• Oversee concession operations, stock control, and commercial reporting
• Uphold impeccable visual, service, and brand standards within a department store environment
About You
• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience within luxury retail environments (Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Concession Manager, General Manager, Associate Store Director)
• Proven success managing concessions within premium department store settings
• Highly developed clienteling and relationship management skills
• Strong commercial and operational expertise including P&L ownership, talent development, merchandising, inventory, and performance management
• Naturally polished, service-led, and brand-focused with a passion for luxury fashion
Package & Benefits
• Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Annual bonus plus monthly sales incentives
