Salary: £49,000 – £59,000
We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Watches & Fine Jewellery Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the in-store expert, guiding clients with confidence, sharing your technical expertise, and bringing the artistry of our pieces to life through storytelling.
What you’ll do:
- Advise and support clients in selecting watches and jewellery, focusing on long-term relationships over sales.
- Mentor colleagues and share knowledge through training and day-to-day guidance.
- Provide insights to influence assortment and support in-store activations.
- Be the go-to reference for technical queries, product specifications, and market trends.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in luxury Watches & Fine Jewellery.
- Strong technical knowledge of watch movements, complications, materials, and jewellery construction.
- Passion for client engagement and the ability to translate technical details into inspiring stories.
- Collaborative, discreet, and team-focused with a genuine love for mentoring others.
Must have:
- GIA or/and FHH certifications.
- Active in collector communities or industry networks.
