A prestigious, heritage-driven luxury menswear house is seeking an experienced MTM & RTW Manager to oversee its made‑to‑measure and ready‑to‑wear business in the United States. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, refined tailoring, and a discerning clientele, the company is expanding its leadership team to support long‑term growth in the US market.
Role Overview
The MTM & RTW Manager will lead all aspects of the made‑to‑measure and ready‑to‑wear categories, ensuring an elevated client experience, strong commercial performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled in tailoring and strategically minded, with the ambition to grow into senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales Leadership
Drive MTM and RTW sales to meet and exceed annual targets.
Deliver a luxury client experience rooted in craftsmanship, precision, and personalized service.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, including VIP and private-appointment clientele.
Oversee fittings, MTM consultations, and product education to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Operational & Business Management
Manage daily operations for MTM and RTW, including inventory, production timelines, and vendor coordination.
Ensure flawless execution of MTM orders from measurement through delivery.
Partner with the US Director on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Maintain showroom standards and uphold the brand’s luxury environment.
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in luxury menswear, tailoring, MTM, or RTW management.
Strong technical understanding of suiting, fit, construction, and fabric.
Proven ability to drive sales and build client relationships in a luxury environment.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Ambition to grow into a senior leadership role within the organization.
