We are currently recruiting an experienced Store Manager for an internationally renowned Italian luxury fashion house, celebrated for its distinctive aesthetic, exceptional craftsmanship and rich heritage.
Located in the heart of Vienna’s luxury shopping district, this impressive three-floor flagship boutique offers an extensive universe across Men’s & Women’s Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, Bags, Fragrances and Home collections.
You will lead a team of 8 employees, taking full ownership of the boutique’s commercial performance, client experience and people development.
THE PROFILE
β¨ Minimum 4 years’ management experience within Luxury or Premium Retail
β¨ Strong leadership and people-management skills
β¨ Excellent CRM, clienteling and VIP relationship-building capabilities
β¨ Commercially minded, proactive and business-driven
β¨ Able to develop and implement strategies to drive performance
β¨ Fluent English is essential
β¨ Strong knowledge of the local Vienna luxury market is highly desirable
β¨ Immediately available candidates are particularly welcome
THE PACKAGE
π° Β70,000 gross annual salary, paid over 14 instalments
π― 15% annual MBO based on qualitative & quantitative objectives
