THE ROLE
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while serving as a true brand ambassador
- Build and cultivate a loyal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance
- Develop expert product knowledge to confidently communicate craftsmanship, heritage, and seasonal collections
- Utilize CRM tools to strengthen client relationships and drive repeat business
- Support visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and daily operational excellence
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, replenishment, and POS transactions
- Collaborate with the boutique team to deliver a seamless and elevated shopping experience
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience within luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail
- Menswear experience is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business
- Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and exceptional client service
- Commercial mindset with experience achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
- Polished communication skills with a professional and client-first approach
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced luxury environment
THE PACKAGE
- $21-$27/Hr. + commission
