Senior Sales Advisor – Luxury Menswear Flagship

Frankfurt, Germany | Salary up to €70,000 depending on experience

We are partnering with one of the world’s most prestigious luxury menswear houses to recruit a Senior Sales Advisor for its flagship boutique in Frankfurt.

Renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, refined tailoring and understated elegance, the House combines a rich heritage with a contemporary approach to luxury. Its reputation has been built around beautiful fabrics, exceptional quality and highly personalised client service.

The Role

As Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving the performance of the Frankfurt flagship while developing strong, long-term relationships with local and international clients.

You will:

• Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised luxury client experience.
• Build and develop a strong portfolio of loyal and VIP clients through proactive clienteling and CRM.
• Drive individual and store sales, consistently achieving KPIs and commercial targets.
• Develop strong expertise across luxury menswear, tailoring, ready-to-wear and accessories.
• Support and inspire more junior colleagues, leading by example on the shop floor.
• Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.

The Profile

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven luxury retail professional with:

• Strong experience within luxury fashion, ideally menswear, tailoring or accessories.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent clienteling and CRM skills.
• Experience developing relationships with VIP and high-value clients.
• A polished, confident and professional approach.
• Fluent German and strong English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Package

Salary up to €70,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to join a highly respected international luxury House and develop your career within a prestigious flagship environment.
