We are partnering with a prestigious luxury beauty and fragrance house to recruit a passionate Client Advisor for its London boutique.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional who is passionate about luxury, beauty, fragrance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
The Role
As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the boutique and providing a personalised and memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through clientelling and CRM activities.
- Develop expert knowledge across fragrance, skincare, and beauty collections.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales performance.
- Support omni-channel initiatives and client engagement strategies.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and operational duties.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or premium retail.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong clientelling and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
