OFFERING:
- Basic Salary up to €30K

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on CRM, client book management, and after-sales processes
- Maintain company standards at all times, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom activities, and cash desk operations
- Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating deep product knowledge, along with a proactive and constructive attitude
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion, with strong Ready-to-Wear (RTW) expertise
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication skills; energetic, responsible, and autonomous profile
- Fluency in English is required
