SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR
ISRAEL – up to 165.000 ILS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, with a strong focus on clienteling, CRM activities, client book development, and outstanding after-sales service.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and international clientele, enhancing customer loyalty and driving repeat business.
- Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising, stockroom management, cash desk activities, and maintaining the highest brand standards.
- Act as a true brand ambassador, demonstrating strong product knowledge and staying updated on new collections, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Proactively contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales objectives while promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally within footwear, Ready-to-Wear, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong clienteling expertise, with a proven ability to develop, manage, and retain a high-value client portfolio.
- Genuine passion for fashion, sneakers, and the contemporary luxury universe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, energetic, and autonomous mindset.
- Fluent English is required; Hebrew is highly desirable.
