- Deliver exceptional, fashion-led styling consultations to an elite client base
- Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM outreach
- Maximise sales opportunities through wardrobe building, multi-selling, and cross-selling
- Confidently manage VIC and High Net Worth clients, ensuring discreet, personalised service
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years experience within premium or luxury fashion retail
- Strong styling expertise with in-depth knowledge of fabrics, fit, and fashion trends
- Proven track record of working with VIC & HNW clients
- Commercially driven with a strong ability to exceed KPIs and maximise ATV
