The Opportunity
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our boutique in Munich. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional client experience while helping customers discover the collections in a welcoming and inspiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop excellent product knowledge across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain the boutique’s premium presentation.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
About You
- Previous experience in premium, contemporary, or luxury retail.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sales-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods.
