Location: İstinye Park, Istanbul
Join an internationally renowned French luxury Maison, celebrated for its timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship and refined approach to luxury ready-to-wear and swimwear.
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional client experience while building long-lasting relationships with both local and international clientele. You will provide expert product advice, achieve individual and boutique sales targets, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding luxury customer service and personalised styling.
- Build and develop a loyal client base through exceptional clienteling.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections.
- Support stock management, visual merchandising and boutique operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
Profile
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail.
- Fluent in English (essential).
- Passion for luxury fashion and client service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A polished, positive and proactive approach.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross Salary: 60,000 TL per month (780,000 TL per year).
- Bonus: Up to 35% (25% monthly team bonus and 10% annual individual performance bonus).
- Meal Allowance: 500 TL per working day.
- Transportation Allowance: 5,200 TL net per month.
