Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting company standards.
- As a Sales Assistant, you will achieve sales KPIs, focusing on sales performance and customer interaction.
- Assist with daily operations, collaborating with colleagues to maintain an impeccable sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Assistant or Client Advisor in a premium or luxury retail environment, fragrance & beauty experience would be beneficial.
- Assertive, dynamic, and positive attitude with a “can do” mindset.
- Full-time permanent contract, flexibility is required.
Offering:
- Salary up to $25 per hour, depending on experience and seniority.
- 2% Commission on all sales + Additional company benefits package.
