SALES ASSISTANT – LUXURY CHILDREN WEAR

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values.
- Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers.
- To demonstrate product knowledge in all categories.
- Assist with yearly stock audits.
- Closing and opening the boutique when required.
- Responsible for cash, cards, and tills transactions.
- Ensure the visual merchandising is immaculate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, sales, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in children’s wear.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
- Excellent in providing customer service.
