We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury retail business specialising in high-quality cashmere and luxury knitwear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and consistently high levels of service.
- Build strong relationships with customers and develop a loyal client base.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Support the wider team in maintaining excellent visual and operational standards.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, collections and brand values.
- Actively contribute to the success and commercial performance of the store.
About You:
- Previous experience in retail, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
- Confident, personable and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with a genuine passion for achieving targets.
- A proactive and positive team player.
- Well-presented with a professional approach.
