The Candidate
- Previous experience within menswear, luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Confident and comfortable working with high-net-worth clients, providing a personalised and exceptional customer experience.
- Proven ability to develop CRM and business development opportunities within the local area.
- Proactive in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on driving repeat business and booking in-store appointments.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Willing to support store operations and back-of-house duties, including stock takes, deliveries and stock management.
- Strong eye for detail and an understanding of visual merchandising, ensuring the store and brand presentation remain immaculate at all times.
- Flexible and committed to working full-time retail hours, including weekends.
The Package
- Basic salary up to £32,000 + commission, depending on experience.
