SENIOR SALES ADVISOR

About:
- Luxury fashion house
- The Brand’s products represent a perfect fusion of fashion and timeless luxury essentials, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and intricate details
- Heritage, attention to details and research into unique fabrics and techniques
Responsibilities:
- Strong sales person, able to drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities
- Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes, ensuring all clients receive a personalised and luxury shopping experience
- Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers in the long term
- Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and shop floor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3/4 years of premium or luxury sales experience
- Driven sales consultant who is passionate about fashion and client relationship building
- Well-spoken, excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients
- Fluent in French and English
Offering:
- Salary up to €37K, depending on experience
- Full time 40h per week
- Commission scheme + lunch vouchers
