Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience in line with luxury service standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international clients.
- Drive individual and team sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, with strong product knowledge across menswear collections.
- Support and mentor junior team members, leading by example in service and sales excellence.
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Client Advisor or Client Advisor within luxury retail.
- Strong sales performance with a solid menswear background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly client-centric approach.
- Confident, polished, and professional presentation aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods as required.
