Position: Senior Stock Controller
Location: Luxury Department Store in Knightsbridge, London
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 basic + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily stock operations to ensure absolute accuracy across all areas.
- Maintain and enforce procedures for managing defective and damaged goods.
- Prepare and conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts efficiently.
- Support internal teams to optimise stock flow and minimise discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of inventory management best practices.
- Experience within luxury retail and department store environment.
- Confident using EPOS systems, Microsoft Office, and stock management software.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy environment while maintaining precision and professionalism.
