Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to exceed sales and KPI targets
- Deliver an elevated client experience in line with luxury service standards
- Drive commercial performance through analysis, reporting, and strategic action planning
- Ensure operational excellence across visual merchandising, stock control, and store processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Department Manager within luxury or premium fashion
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Commercially driven with the ability to analyse KPIs and deliver results
- Organised, adaptable, and hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment
