Offering:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all store operations, ensuring efficient and seamless daily activities
- Boost sales results by setting the standard, mentoring the team, and executing initiatives to surpass objectives
- Foster long-term customer loyalty by nurturing meaningful and lasting client relationships
- Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying opportunities and implementing actions to enhance store profitability
Requirements:
- At least 4/5 years of experience in a similar role within premium or luxury retail
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Energetic, confident, and results-oriented with a target-driven mindset
- Fluent in English and Dutch
