Your Mission:
- Lead and inspire the sales team, ensuring excellence in both front and back of house operations.
- Drive performance through passion, accountability, and a culture of ownership.
- Oversee all boutique operations from KPIs, CRM, and after-sales to reporting and visual standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SM, Retail, VM, and Buying teams to elevate store performance.
- Analyze sales trends and propose innovative business actions to exceed targets and enhance profitability.
- Act as a true Brand Ambassador, embodying the house values and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Concession Manager or Floor Manager within a Fashion or Premium brand.
- Proven expertise in shoes & fashion RTW and a deep understanding of clientele expectations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, and talent growth.
- Proficient in KPI management, CRM, clienteling, merchandising and inventory control.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages is a plus.
