Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 8 people, overseeing both front-of-house activities and back-of-house operations
- Strong focus on KPI management, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
- CRM, clienteling, and after-sales service as core pillars of the role
- A strong and inspiring leader, able to motivate the team, foster ownership, accountability, and drive sales performance
- Monitor sales data and overall performance, ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets, while proposing and implementing business initiatives to meet allocated budgets
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience as Store Manager, Concession Manager, or Floor Manager within a Luxury or Premium brand, preferably in the Middle East market
- Strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate sales teams to proactively engage high-profile and VIP clientele and drive sales performance
- Charismatic, hands-on leader, consistently present on the sales floor, highly supportive, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and people-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local market, including client behaviours and luxury retail dynamics
- Fluent in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is considered a strong asset
