RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and store targets while maintaining the boutique’s exceptional standards.
Deliver outstanding client experiences, ensuring personalized and seamless service throughout the customer journey.
Support the management team with operational duties, including stock management, visual merchandising, and team development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key brand ambassador.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment.
A passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of premium clienteling practices.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and sales-driven mindset.
