Job Description:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Beauty Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for makeup and fragrance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create personalized beauty experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on makeup and fragrance products.
- Demonstrate and apply makeup techniques to showcase product benefits.
- Educate customers on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product launches.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store and workstation.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team targets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the beauty industry, particularly in makeup or fragrance sales, is a plus.
- Passion for beauty and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strong com
