Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm and engaging welcome to both local and international clients, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Guide clients in their style and fit choices, in line with the brand’s identity and values.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting CRM initiatives.
• Ensure high visual merchandising standards and contribute to effective stock management and replenishment.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and participate in in-store brand activations.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring a premium customer experience.

 

Profile:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail, ideally within footwear or a casual premium environment.
• Strong interest in sneakers, streetwear, and current fashion trends.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to serve an international clientele.

 

Package:

 

• Basic salary up to €22700 based on 30h + attractive commission scheme.
