ASHFORD OUTLET: CLIENT ADVISOR , LUXURY FASHION BRAND

SALARY: £26,280 per year plus company benefits

360 Talent London is partnering with a contemporary luxury fashion house to strengthen the team within its Ashford outlet store. Store approval required prior to onboarding.

We are looking for experienced Client Advisors with a strong background in luxury retail, confident in delivering a warm, professional and engaging client experience within a fast paced outlet environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly personable, well presented, and confident in building long term client relationships while maintaining excellent service standards across all customer interactions.

Key requirements

• Strong experience within luxury or premium retail environments
• Confident clienteling and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver consistent service in a high volume environment
• Well presented with a professional and proactive attitude
• Strong team spirit and reliability in a full time permanent role
