CLIENT ADVISOR | PART-TIME 12h

GLOBUS – BASEL, SWITZERLAND

Salary: Up to €17K + Bonus

 

OFFERING:

• Basic Salary up to €17K for 12h per week
• Company benefits + Great commission scheme
• Days required: Friday afternoons, and Saturdays full day

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on CRM, client-book management, and after-sales processes
• Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating deep product knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a constructive attitude
• Consistently uphold company standards by supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom operations, and cash desk activities

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion
• Strong ability to identify business trends, with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Exceptional communication skills; energetic, reliable, and autonomous personality
• Fluent in English
