THE ROLE

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive boutique performance, sales growth, and operational excellence
• Lead from the sales floor by delivering an elevated, personalized experience to VIP and high-net-worth clientele
• Build and maintain a strong personal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management
• Coach and inspire the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Support all aspects of boutique operations, including inventory management, cycle counts, stock organization, and daily reporting
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a luxury-first mindset
• Ensure the highest standards of visual presentation, merchandising, and boutique excellence
• Act as a true brand ambassador, communicating exceptional product knowledge and craftsmanship

PERSONAL PROFILE

• 3+ years of leadership experience within luxury or premium retail, preferably in menswear
• Proven success as a selling manager with the ability to build and maintain a loyal luxury client book
• Experience working with VIP, celebrity, and high-net-worth clientele
• Strong operational background, including inventory control, cycle counts, and boutique procedures
• Confident handling client concerns while delivering exceptional service and solutions
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of KPIs and boutique performance
• Polished, relationship-driven, and passionate about luxury craftsmanship and personalized service
