    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team, delivering exceptional client experiences. You will manage daily store operations, drive sales and KPIs, develop client relationships, and ensure visual and operational excellence.

     

    Key Skills & Experience:

    • Luxury retail experience with proven management skills
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
    • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
    • Commercially minded with attention to details
    • Italian language skills is a must.

    Stock Assistant – Bicester Village

    THE COMPANY:

    • Work with some of the most renowned fashion houses and luxury retail brands in the industry.

    THE CANDIDATE:

    • Minimum 3 months of experience in stockroom operations, retail stock management, or a similar role within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
    • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
    • Flexible availability to work at least 3-4 days a week, including weekends, often with short notice.
    • Well-presented, reliable, and a strong team player with a proactive approach.

    THE PACKAGE:

    • From £12.50 per hour (up to £15ph on Sundays / up to £20ph on bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions.
    • Weekly or monthly pay options, with immediate start and flexible working hours.
    • Opportunities for career development and potential progression to a permanent role.
