THE ROLE

• Deliver an exceptional client experience while serving as a true brand ambassador
• Build and maintain a loyal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance
• Develop expert product knowledge to confidently communicate the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections
• Utilize CRM tools to strengthen client relationships, drive repeat business, and support boutique events
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and operational excellence
• Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management, replenishment, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures

PERSONAL PROFILE

• 1-3+ years of experience within luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships
• Strong sales mindset with experience working toward individual and boutique sales goals
• Passion for fashion, design, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture
• Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional presentation
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a team-first mentality
• Confident using CRM tools, POS systems, and retail technology

THE PACKAGE

• $20/hour + commission
