Store Manager – Copenhagen

Salary: Up to DKK 490,000 + Bonus

 

We are partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion to recruit a Store Manager for its Copenhagen location.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of a high-profile store, lead an established team, and drive commercial performance within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

 

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring exceptional client service, strong commercial results, and effective team leadership. You will inspire and develop your team while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and brand representation.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Drive commercial performance through effective KPI management and action planning.
• Create a culture of exceptional customer experience and client retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and maximise store profitability.
• Manage all operational aspects of the business, including staffing, stock management, and compliance.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
• Ensure visual presentation and store standards are maintained at all times.

 

About You

• Previous experience as Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager or team Leader within premium or luxury retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Confident leading established teams and driving positive change.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, client development, and retail operations.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Professional, discreet, and highly organised.
