We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial and AI-literate Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimise all paid acquisition and conversion-driving initiatives for this modern luxury brand. The ideal candidate has experience scaling high-consideration fashion or lifestyle brands and is deeply familiar with luxury standards.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead full-funnel paid media strategy (Meta, Google Ads, Affiliates, Programmatic, Retargeting)
    • Build and lead campaign budgets; optimise to CAC and ROAS benchmarks
    • Partner with brand and creative on performance-optimised content
    • Identify AI tools that improve targeting, personalization, and creative testing
    • Lead weekly performance reporting, forecasting, and insights generation
    • Lead market-specific strategies (UK, US, Middle East) as we expand internationally
    • Collaborate with creative on ad copy and creative testing that respects brand standards
    • Own paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging digital acquisition platforms

     

    Qualities:

    • 5+ years in performance marketing
    • Luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
    • GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Looker, AI MarTech tools
    • Experience with generative/automation tools (e.g., Black Crow, Phrasee)
    • Commercial, analytical, and customer-journey minded
    • Sensitive to brand tone, visual standards, and storytelling
    • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, collaborative

  • PR & Events Manager

    About:

    We are partnered with a Global Luxury Womenswear brand renowned for their refined Tailoring & Ready-to-Wear, dedicated to bespoke craftsmanship and timeless elegance. We are looking for a PR & Events Manager to join them during a pivotal time to lead brand visibility, client engagement, and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Founder and should have the ability to manage a dynamic event, press, and celebrity relations landscape.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute integrated PR, marketing, and event strategies aligned with brand vision.
    • Work closely with the founder, supporting and translating their vision into compelling campaigns and activations.
    • Liaise with external PR agencies & press representatives to maximize coverage /opportunities.
    • Cultivate and leverage a Rolodex of high-profile clients, celebrities, and media contacts in the UK, US, and globally.
    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee in-store events, trunk shows & high-profile public appearances.
    • Handle press relations, including dressing celebrities and liaising with profile publications such as CN, NYT, Telegraph, Times, and other elite outlets.
    • Manage media outreach, including mailers, press releases, and press previews.
    • Oversee budgets for PR campaigns, events, and activations, with the ability to predict and aggregate costs effectively.
    • Ensure successful execution of brand activations, including celebrity dressing and influencer collaborations.
    • Provide detailed reports & analysis on PR and marketing effectiveness to founder and COO.
    • Travel for events – local, international, or both is essential.

     

    Qualities:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in luxury PR, marketing, or brand management, preferably in fashion or tailoring.
    • Extensive media connections and experience working with high-profile publications and outlets (CN, NYT, Telegraph, Times, HNWI profile publications).
    • Demonstrable experience with celebrity dressing, talent sourcing, and influencer collaborations.
    • Proven ability to execute a brand vision across multiple channels, from press and events to digital marketing.
    • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of UK and US media landscapes with extensive contacts highly desirable.
    • Ability to predict costs, manage budgets, and negotiate with agencies or vendors.
    • Exceptional planning skills for future events, activations, and campaigns.
    • Flexibility and confidence to lots of travel as required.
    • In-depth understanding of luxury fashion, celebrity culture, and high-net-worth client preferences, strong network of industry contacts, media, and influencers.
    • A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and an eye for detail.

  • Construction Quality Manager

    CONSTRUCTION QUALITY MANAGER

    PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT – NORTH LONDON

     

    A newly created opportunity to shape construction quality standards within one of London’s leading residential developers. We’re seeking a Construction Quality & Gateway Records Manager to drive excellence across every stage of the build, ensuring safety, compliance, and craftsmanship are second to none. If you’re detail-driven, technically skilled, and ready to raise the bar in construction delivery, this is a rare chance to make a lasting impact.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular inspections across active residential sites, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and Building Regulations.
    • Audit QA and BSR documentation throughout each build stage, verifying accuracy and completeness in line with Gateway 3 requirements.
    • Support site teams in creating and maintaining project Quality Plans and ensure consistent monitoring across developments.
    • Review materials and workmanship to guarantee compliance with company and regulatory standards.
    • Identify non-conformances or defects, coordinating corrective and preventive actions as required.
    • Attend Building Safety Act duty holder meetings and sign off hold points for Gateway data collection.
    • Ensure all inspections and testing are completed, recorded, and submitted in line with the ‘Golden Thread’ principles.
    • Verify competency documentation for all consultants and contractors and ensure records are fully compliant.
    • Collaborate closely with Construction and Technical teams to resolve quality and compliance issues promptly.
    • Assist in pre-handover inspections and final acceptance procedures.

     

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Inspection, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience within residential construction quality inspection or compliance.
    • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act 2022, and Gateway 3 processes.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality assurance procedures.
    • Experience with document management systems such as Asite, Viewpoint, or BIM 360 preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
    • ISO 9001 or Building Inspector certification advantageous.

     

    Offering:

    • Competitive base salary from £65,000 to £95,000 depending on experience.
    • Car allowance, annual performance bonus, and private health cover included.
    • Full-time, permanent position based in North London HQ.
