THE ROLE

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while serving as a true brand ambassador
• Build and cultivate a loyal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance
• Develop expert product knowledge to confidently communicate craftsmanship, heritage, and seasonal collections
• Utilize CRM tools to strengthen client relationships and drive repeat business
• Support visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and daily operational excellence
• Assist with inventory management, stock organization, replenishment, and POS transactions
• Collaborate with the boutique team to deliver a seamless and elevated shopping experience

PERSONAL PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience within luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail
• Menswear experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business
• Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and exceptional client service
• Commercial mindset with experience achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
• Polished communication skills with a professional and client-first approach
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced luxury environment

THE PACKAGE

• $21-$27/Hr. + commission
