STORE MANAGER

Offering:

• Salary up to 150.000 TRY monthly, according to experience

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 8 people within a busy department store, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations
• KPI’s focus as well as a strong results-driven approach
• CRM, clientelling and after-sale service as a daily task
• Looking for a strong personality, charismatic, hands-on manager, always present on the floor and very supportive, with an excellent entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements:

• Minimum 5/6 years of Management / Floor Management / Concession Manager / Store Manager experience within a Luxury brand
• Proactive, positive and energetic person, with an excellent interpersonal skill
• Fluent in Turkish and English languages, and proficiency in a third language would be a valuable asset
