Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team to exceed sales and KPI targets

Deliver an elevated client experience in line with luxury service standards

Drive commercial performance through analysis, reporting, and strategic action planning

Ensure operational excellence across visual merchandising, stock control, and store processes

Step up to lead the boutique in the Store Manager’s absence
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Senior Sales Associate, or Assistant Manager within luxury or premium fashion

Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Commercially driven with the ability to analyse KPIs and contribute to results
- Organised, adaptable, and hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment
