    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Store Manager in leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team to exceed sales and KPI targets

    • Deliver an elevated client experience in line with luxury service standards

    • Drive commercial performance through analysis, reporting, and strategic action planning

    • Ensure operational excellence across visual merchandising, stock control, and store processes

    • Step up to lead the boutique in the Store Manager’s absence

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Senior Sales Associate, or Assistant Manager within luxury or premium fashion

    • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams

    • Commercially driven with the ability to analyse KPIs and contribute to results
    • Organised, adaptable, and hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment
