    The Role:

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Suit Specialist to join the team at a leading retail location. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for menswear, who takes pride in delivering a tailored, one-to-one shopping experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, offering expert style advice and ensuring every client leaves looking and feeling their best.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service, offering styling and fit advice tailored to each client’s needs.

    • Provide in-depth product knowledge across the brand’s suiting and formalwear collections.

    • Guide customers through the suit selection and fitting process with confidence and expertise.

    • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.

    • Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and personal attention.

    • Support stock management, including receiving deliveries and checking for product quality.

    • Keep the store environment clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards.

    Key Requirements:

    • Previous experience in menswear retail, ideally with a focus on formalwear or tailoring.

    • Passionate about menswear, fashion trends, and delivering top-tier customer service.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Confident in offering style, fit, and tailoring advice.

    • Detail-oriented, well-presented, and professional.

    We are looking for a Junior Tailor / Alterations Assistant to join a menswear luxury brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with tailoring or alterations experience who is passionate about garment craftsmanship and keen to develop their skills within a luxury fashion environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out basic garment alterations and repairs, including hems, seams, zips, and adjustments.
    • Assist with fittings and support senior tailors.
    • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
    • Press, finish, and prepare garments for collection.
    • Maintain an organised and professional work environment.

     

    Requirements

    The Role:

    We are seeking a commercially driven, customer-focused Store Manager to deliver operational excellence and drive performance at our London location

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Run of the store, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are achieved
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, leading by example and fostering a client-focused culture
    • Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
    • Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory processes
    • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
    • Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed consistently

     

    Profile & Experience:
