STORE MANAGER

CONCESSION, MCLEAN VA

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in leading a team within a concession environment.
• Inspire and motivate daily, fostering ownership and accountability.
• KPI’s, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Assistant Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager/ General manager / Associate Store Director experience with an Luxury brand.
• Demonstrated experience with a concession team as well as managing a high level of client experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals and client development/CRM.

 

Offering:

• Salary $65,000 – $75,000 per annum depending on experience.
• Annual Bonus & Monthly Sales Bonus
