OFFERING:

• Basic Salary up to €32K

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
• Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk
• Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion, RTW experienced
• Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients 
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible and autonomous character
• Russian language required

OFFERING:

• Salary up to €25K, according to experience.
• Great Benefits and bonus scheme.
• 40 hours per week.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build customer loyalty through active client development, consistent follow-up, and effective use of CRM tools to nurture long-term client relationships.
• Stay up to date with collections, develop a deep knowledge of products, and strive to exceed targeted KPIs.
• Support daily operations by working closely with colleagues and management, ensuring an impeccable sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising in line with company standards.
• Foster long-term client engagement and retention by delivering personalized experiences and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3/4 years’ experience in the premium or luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent styling and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in driving sales and consistently meeting targets.
• Fluent in English.
