Offering

Responsibilities
- Drive sales excellence by achieving and exceeding personal KPIs and identifying new sales opportunities
- Provide a best-in-class luxury client experience, with strong focus on CRM, client book development and after-sales service
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, enhancing loyalty and ensuring repeat business
- Maintain impeccable standards at all times, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom duties, and overall shop floor presentation
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in premium or luxury retail
- A sales-driven, fashion-passionate professional who excels in client relationship building
- Exceptional communication skills, well-spoken and confident, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in French and English

Stock Controller / Runner
STOCK CONTROLLER / RUNNER, CENTRAL PARIS

3 Months Fix Term Contract & 20h per week

OFFERING:
- Salary up to €27K, Prorated 20h: €13500
- Great Benefits
- 3 Months Fix Term Contract – until March 31st 2026
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Being able to work independently
- Daily Stock Count, monthly stock inventory and management
- Managing outbound and outbound deliveries, refunds, and exchanges
- Ensures permanent accuracy of stock in store and organizes weekly/monthly cycle counts
- Ensures efficient organization of stockroom and on-the-floor stocks and supervises impeccable state at any time of the day
- Ensures good reception of deliveries from central warehouse and controls upon reception
- Managing consignments, and store/client transfers
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2/3 year’s experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in using stock management systems to monitor and manage stock levels
- Curious and versatile, you thrive on challenges and have a strong results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you are reactive and capable of anticipating needs

Vos missions:
- Contribuer au succès commercial : Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs en utilisant les différents leviers de performance. Offrir une experience inoubliable a vos clients.
- Participer à toutes les actions indispensables au bon fonctionnement de la boutique (gestion des stocks, réassort, visual merchandising).
- Représenter l’excellence de la Maison : Assurer la bonne tenue de la boutique et garantir une image irréprochable.
Profil recherché:
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la vente ou une forte expertise en relation client.
