As a brand ambassador, you will deliver exceptional service, build meaningful client relationships and contribute to achieving ambitious commercial objectives while representing the brand’s values and identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience by identifying clients’ needs and providing expert product advice.
• Share the brand story, heritage and collections with passion and authenticity.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and clienteling.
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and stock organisation.
• Process sales transactions, exchanges and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed about new collections, product launches and brand initiatives.

Profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are highly valued.
• Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.

Offer

• Annual basic salary up to 32k€ depending on experience
• Commission scheme

• Développer les performances commerciales de votre espace de vente en atteignant et dépassant les objectifs fixés.
• Offrir un accompagnement personnalisé à chaque client, en créant une expérience d’achat premium et différenciante.
• Participer activement à la gestion quotidienne de la boutique : réassort, gestion des stocks, merchandising et maintien des standards de présentation.
• Garantir l’excellence opérationnelle et véhiculer l’image prestigieuse de la Maison à travers un service irréprochable.

Profil recherché

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans la vente, idéalement dans l’univers premium ou luxe, ou une expertise reconnue en relation client.
• Excellentes qualités relationnelles, sens de l’écoute et forte orientation service.
• Sensibilité pour l’univers du luxe, de la beauté ou de la parfumerie.
• Anglais courant indispensable.
