Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to €28,000 per year, based on experience and profile.
• Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week
• Fixed-term contract until December 2026.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date with product collections; have deep product knowledge.
• Assist with daily operations: maintaining floor, stockroom, visual merchandising.
• Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships.
• Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experience

 

Requirements / Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion / retail.
• Experience working with KPIs, CRM, and client appointments.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, clienteling skills.
