What We Offer:

• Salary up to €35,000 (depending on experience).

Your Mission:

• Lead and inspire a team of 9 people, ensuring excellence in both front and back of house operations.
• Drive performance through passion, accountability, and a culture of ownership.
• Oversee all boutique operations – from KPIs, CRM, and after-sales to reporting and visual standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SM, Retail, VM, and Buying teams to elevate store performance.
• Analyze sales trends and propose innovative business actions to exceed targets and enhance profitability.
• Act as a true Brand Ambassador, embodying the house values and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Assistant Store Manager, Concession Manager, or Floor Manager within a Luxury or Premium brand.
• Proven expertise in women’s RTW and a deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, and talent growth.
• Proficient in KPI management, CRM, clienteling, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
